Stefanie Martini trained at RADA, after completing a year of Bristol Old Vic Theatre’s ‘Made in Bristol’ programme and teaching for Bristol Old Vic Young Company. Straight after graduating, she landed the role of 'Mary Thorne’ in Julian Fellowes’ ‘Doctor Thorne’ opposite Tom Hollander. Since then, she has gone on to star as Jane Tennison in ‘Prime Suspect 1973’ for ITV; ‘Eadith’ in ’The Last Kingdom’ for Netflix, and most recently ‘Marnie Palmer’ in ’The Gold’ for BBC.
She has also appeared in various British Indie films, including ‘Crooked House’ where she worked opposite Glenn Close and Max Irons and ‘Make Up’ by writer/ director Claire Oakley.
In the summer of 2020, she played ‘Mars’ in upcoming indie film ‘Lola’ which is due to come out soon!
Stefanie believes there is no 'one way’ of acting, that everyone is different and therefore their ‘way in’ will be that too. As such, her approach to every one-to-one session is catered to the individual actor.
Stefanie's availability is sometimes impacted by various projects, but she is available for coaching and taking classes.
